Our tours run rain or shine, so please dress accordingly! Bring an umbrella or raincoat with you if it’s raining. In winter months, temperatures can dip quite low, so dress warmly. But this is also your tour, so if you’re too uncomfortable along the way, just let your guide know — we can always adjust the itinerary and pop into a nearby café to warm up.


Walking and accommodations
Our tours involve a fair amount of walking, however, we’re always happy to accommodate. Let us know in advance if you have any mobility issues, and we can adjust the itinerary to suit your needs.


Allergies and dietary restrictions
We are happy to accommodate vegetarians and vegans
on all our tours. Unfortunately, gluten allergies are a bit more difficult to accommodate, especially on our pastry tour. Please contact us in advance, and we can let you know what options are available. While traditional Austrian cuisine has become lighter over the years, we still rely on meat, milk, butter

Your tour price includes all food and drink tastings, as well as a tip for the market's staff on your behalf.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a free cancellation policy up to 24 hours before your tour; we can reschedule you for some other day or give you a full refund. For cancellations after 24 hours before your tour departure, late arrivals, and no-shows, we charge a 100% fee. 

We want you to have a great experience, and we will always do our best to reschedule you for another tour or provide options wherever possible. Please note, this is subject to availability and price changes.
